PRIVACY

Your information is stored in a strictly secure environment at all times.  We never share your information with anybody outside of Nature's Cradle.

 If you make an Internet Order with us, we may print your order onto paper, in order to make processing easier.   Your order only states your contact details and details of what you have ordered, Nature's Cradle do not receive your Credit Card numbers at any time as your payment is processed securely via Eway, one of the most secure payment options available.  Only the person in charge of processing Internet Orders ever will look at your printed order, unless you telephone the store and make an enquiry about it and a staff member is asked to check your order to be able to answer your query.  The printed form of your order is stored in a secure locked location with an alarm system in place.

Your details will only ever be used to process your order, or to contact you about it.  If you are a member, we will only ever contact you to give you special offers exclusively from Nature's Cradle, or to discuss feedback with you.  This is done via email, and is rarely more than once per month.

If you sign up to our newsletter, your details will only be seen by the person in charge of Newsletter Subscriptions and their assistant/s. 

Your details will never, for any reason, be shared with a third party.

So you can feel safe that your details are secure with Nature's Cradle and will only be used for the exact purpose that you have given them to us for.

 

PROCESSING OF ORDERS

If you have paid via Credit Card, your payment is processed immediately via a secure third party - Eway.  Eway is the most secure manner in which to handle Credit Card Payments online, we do not see your Credit Card numbers at any time.

We aim to send all orders within 2 business days, and if we receive an order early enough will usually send it out the same day.  However on a rare occasion, due to unforseen circumstances, we may take slightly longer to complete your order.  You will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped, and are welcome to contact us at any time for information.

If there is a problem with your order, or an unforseen delay, we will contact you using the details you have provided with your order. 

If items are out of stock, usually indicated by the item stating 'backorder' options, we will send your order once all items are in stock.  On occasion our system may inaccurately show items as being in stock or out of stock.  We do perform very regular stock taking on all ranges, however as we are an open store with such a diverse range of products, at times due to theft or error, an item may show as either in stock or out of stock incorrectly.  If this is the case, we will contact you soon after your order to let you know of the error and offer to bring the item/s in for you, or offer an alternative.

SHIPPING

 

Postage for retail orders within Australia is FREE of chrage providing your order is valued at over $50-, and does not consist of bulky items such as Disposable Nappies or Furniture. Orders under $50-, orders from outside of Australia, and wholesale orders are shipped at cost.

 

All orders are sent via Australia Post, and our flat fee includes Delivery Tracking.

PACKAGING

As a business wishing to care for our environment, we do not add additional wrapping or packaging to your order, unless you have requested special Gift Wrapping. At times you may find packaging materials within your parcel, these are always recycled from deliveries that we have received into our stores, and are only added to protect your goods during shipment, or to fill in spaces in boxes so that your goods do not move around.

Exchanges

If at any time you receive items and change your mind about them, you are welcome to send them back to us for exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.  You need to pay any postal charges for doing so.

You are welcome to exchange a new and unused item, sent back in original condition, providing it is not a sale item, and it is still an item that we currently sell. Conditions do apply, and as such all exchanges must be approved by us in writing, prior to being returned.

FAULTS

If you believe that an item you have purchased through us is faulty, you need to contact us immediately, so that we can assess the situation, and give you directions on the actions that need to be taken.  Your standard statutory rights apply for faulty items, so if your item is found to be faulty, it will either be replaced, repaired, or refunded, at the manufacturers discretion.
