"Compliments: I have always been very impressed with the variety, the ethical products and the service that I receive at Nature's Cardle. I remember the very first time I came into the shop (three shops ago, now) when it was just Linda by herself, with little Lilyana 'helping out'...I was pregnant and wanted to look at the cloth nappies and to buy a sling at the time I was very new to everything and found it all so confusing when I look back now I realise how much I have learned over the past five years, and how much of that is things I have learnt through Nature's Cradle - through the playgroup, through chats with staff and through exploring the wonderful range of products.

I love how interactive and communicative you have made yourselves as well and again, genuinely take on customer comments and feedback and comments which shows the passion you have.
I also just love the shop environment and always try to find a reason just to pop in if i'm driving past even if i don't need anything.

" Fantastic and Friendly customer service!!!! When I first entered you store I was at the begining of my journey into using MCN's. The information and demonstration I recieved saw me walking out of the store with 3 nappies to try and set me on my path to being a full time MCN user instead of a full time disgustables (disposables) user.It also set my sister-in-law on the begining of her MCN journey who just came along with me for a look. " Love your store! First time I came in was down at the Brighton store and I got the best nappy overview and demo from Linda which was so helpful as I embarked on the journey of MCNs! The great range of products and the fact there are organic/ethical products is fantastic. I am always just popping in to have a browse (and generally I buy something too!).
